The endoscopy showed that only one vein is slightly enlarged but not enough to tie it off. I usually have at least four veins banded at a time which leaves me in tremendous pain. I am a tough gal but this procedure takes me to my knees. How blessed I am to have my God handle all this throughout the year and without my knowledge. We never know what our God is doing. We have a very urgent situation with our 24 year old son, Nick, who has very serious long term acute pain from a jaw injury and who is in agony, has not slept in months more than a few moments at a time, and who is depressed from the total excruciating and unmanageable pain. He is in physical therapy and it is not helping and many doctors and surgeons have not treated it properly; test are scheduled and relief could be in sight but he cannot cope and is desperate and all human measures often fail so that God can do a mighty miracle of intervention and total healing; body, mind, spirit, heart, soul and emotions. He has suffered job lay offs and great hardship; lost his school due to transportation and health loss and his child own young child needs him. Our son is sweet and quiet but is dependent upon his perscription painkillers and is deeply discouraged and wants to go to church in a couple of weeks but is in agony and we know that God can heal him now and God will be praised in public for it. We also know that God can touch the hard and fearful heart of a different relative by marriage who has insisted upon a family alientation and who harms her children; all human efforst have failed on all levels and a true miracle of conviction, forgiveness and healing and reconcilliation work by the Holy Spirit is our only hope.
